Happy 158th Canader Day, eh?

Happy Canader Day, eh? 2025 We celebrated Canada's 158th Canada Day at the Victoria Scorrish Cultural Societies venue at Craigflower Farm.
In 1853-56, Kenneth McKenzie had built The manor House for thc Puget's Sound Agricultural Company, a subisiary of the Hudsons Bay Company. McKenzie was overseer of Craigflower Farm.
The Irvines in Victoria BC — since 1851, are now descendants from John & Jessie Irvine who arrived at Fort Victoria May 14, 1851 aboard the sailing Barque Tory
In 1853, John was put to work constructing said Manor House at Craigflower.
The Irvines go back 172 years at Craigflower Farm — 14 year before there was a Canada. eh?
Our grandson participated in the Heavy Events display put on by the Victoria Highland Games Association members.
