Cameron, We hope everything went well with your appopintment. You didn't miss anything on the bike ride because I had so much cargo I couldn't move it all up the hills. Did I say there was lots of hills? Yes I did.

Anyway, after cycling in the DH for one kilometre I decided to try the hills before becoming completely enervated. Good job I did because I barely made it back up the hills and out. I don't give up that easy and will try it from the Malahat road entrance next week.
