Friday morning I put the DJI Mini 2 up and over the Malahat Skywalk. The drone was 245m (1800ft.) out from my location beside Hwy-1.

It seems I've sweated this flight for some weeks now but finally pulled it off.

---

Once the Mini 2 was 245m (1800ft.) out over the Skywalk I wanted to lower it closer but the Lost Connection warning came up on the controller screen so I simply used the zoom feature on the new drone.

---

What an advancement that is in Aerial Vehicle technology.

---

Anyway, I'm very grateful t ohave this high-tech equipment to fool around with and hopefully share it online with those not so fortunate.

On this trip I left home at 10:30a.m. and was back by noon. Amen.
